Valerian Plant Juice, made from organic fresh valerian, promotes restful sleep by increasing GABA levels in the brain, calming the body and mind, and improving sleep quality without causing morning grogginess.

Valerian Plant Juice is made from organic, fresh valerian herb and root that is pressed and sealed within 2-3 hours of harvesting the plant. Since it is made from the whole plant, it contains a full spectrum of active herb ingredients. It does not contain preservatives, added sugars, colours or flavours.

Valerian is an herb that boosts GABA in the brain, which acts a ‘stop button’ to reduce feelings of stress and calm the nervous system1. Valerian also slows down the degradation of GABA to improve sleep quality and duration1.

Each 5 ml Contains Valerian Juice (Valeriana officinalis) 5 ml Ingredients: Valerian juice made from fresh valerian (Valeriana officinalis) herb and root Vegan | Gluten Free | Contains no priority allergens.

Adults&Adolescents 14+: 1/4 measuring capful (5 ml) once or twice a day, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Take a single dose 30 – 60 minutes before bedtime. If needed, take an earlier dose a couple of hours prior to bedtime.

Do not take more than 10ml per day.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
